# Wise Payouts In order to process bank transfers to your affiliates right from UpPromote, you need to set up **Wise - Bank transfer integration** in **Settings** > **Integration**. Find our detailed instructions for Wise integration [here](https://docs.uppromote.com/management/payments/in-app-payments/wise-bank-transfer-integration). {% embed url="" %} ## Affiliates Provide Bank Account Info Once Wise is connected on your end, your affiliates will need to set up their preferred payout method in their Affiliate Portal. {% hint style="warning" %} Affiliates who had **previously entered bank account** information ***before***** your store integrated with Wise** will need to **re-enter their bank account details**. This ensures their information is correctly linked for Wise payouts. Otherwise, you'll process payouts of those affiliates manually, not via Wise. {% endhint %} 1. **Navigate to Payment Settings:** Affiliates log into their UpPromote Affiliate Portal. Go to their Payment Settings. 2. **Select Bank Transfer:** Affiliates will choose **"Bank Transfer"** as their preferred payment method. 3. **Input Bank Details:** They will be prompted to securely enter their bank account details, including bank name, account number, SWIFT/BIC, and other required information relevant to their country and currency. 4. **Verify Information:** To ensure accuracy and security, affiliates will typically need to confirm their bank details, often via an OTP (One-Time Password) sent to their email

## Process the payout Once you have **connected** your Wise business account, you can start paying affiliates within the app by going to **Payments** > Select "**In-app payment**"
Select **Pay with Wise** button > UpPromote will display an estimated total transaction amount and Wise transaction fee. {% hint style="info" %} Transaction fee and total amount will be available within 30 minutes. If it is expired, you need to refresh transaction to process payment. {% endhint %} Please **review and confirm all transfer details** before approving your payout. When you're done, select **Process payment** to send bank transfer to affiliates
You can also create **Bulk payments** by selecting multiple affiliates with **Wise Bank transfer** method. Click **Process bulk payments** to proceed
* **For UK/EEA Merchants:** You will be securely redirected to the Wise platform to finalize and confirm the transfer. This is a mandatory security step by Wise for these regions.
* **For Merchants in Other Countries:** The payout process is generally completed directly within UpPromote, and a success banner will confirm the initiation.
You can monitor the status of all your Wise bank transfers in **History** tab.
