# Bulk email

Send bulk emails to all affiliates in a program or to selected partners in UpPromote, so you can share updates, promotions, and reminders in a few clicks.

**The bulk email** feature helps you send messages to your affiliates via email. Follow the steps below to send bulk emails:

Step 1: Go to **Outreach > Emails > Create bulk emails**

Step 2: Compose an email and choose the specific affiliate(s) or programs you want to send the email to

You can either enter the **Send to specific affiliates** or choose a **Program.** If you choose a program, all affiliates in that program will receive your email.

The sender's email address will be set to <no-reply@secomapp.com> by default. If you want to set your email address as the sender, turn on the feature [Use merchant email as sender email.](/outreach-1/affiliate-communication/email/use-merchant-email-as-sender-email.md)

Affiliates who haven't logged in to their accounts or turned off email notifications won't receive bulk emails.&#x20;

Step 3: After composing your email, click **Send emails**. The system will display the total number of emails sent.
