# Creator Relationship Management
Streamline and optimize your creator partnerships.
**Creator Relationship Management (CRM)** is a centralized workspace that helps you organize and track your relationships with creators — from saving a potential creator to managing an active collaboration.
Instead of juggling scattered spreadsheets or multiple third-party tools, you can now monitor recruitment progress via pipeline statuses, categorize partners with tags, record specific deal terms, and store essential documents in one location. More than a saved list, Management helps you track what happens after you find a creator.

### 💡 **Why use CRM?**
* **Pipeline management** — Track exactly where each creator stands (Saved, Contacted, Negotiating, etc.) so no opportunity falls through the cracks.
* **Centralized information** — Keep detailed records including contact emails, tags, compensation types, sample status, and documents directly on the creator's profile.
* **Unified data** — Easily import external creator lists to manage them alongside those found through our Discovery tool in one system.
* **Clear history** — The Activity Log records every change, ensuring your team always has the full context and history of every interaction.

### 💡 How to use CRM
#### 1. Access the Management tab
From your UpPromote dashboard, go to **Creators** > **Management**. This is your primary workspace where all creators you are interested in or currently working with are displayed.
#### 2. Adding creators to Management
The system supports two primary methods to build your database:
* **From Discovery:** When you find a potential candidate, simply click **Save** to move them into the Management tab.
* **Import creators:** If you already have an existing list of partners, use the **Import creators** button to upload your file. The system will automatically create records for centralized management.

**Note:** The Import feature supports up to 200 creators per upload and 1,000 creators per month to ensure optimal system performance.

#### 3. Managing relationships
In the Management tab, you can manually update relationship details as your collaboration progresses:
* **Manage contact email:** Store and update the primary contact email for each creator to ensure your outreach team always has the correct information for negotiations and follow-ups.
* **Categorize with tags:** Use custom tags to group creators by specific criteria. This allows for powerful filtering and targeted management.
* **Update pipeline status:** Move creators through stages from *Saved* to *Ended/Cancelled.*
* **Record deals & samples:** Specify the compensation type (Fee per post, Flat fee, etc.) and track the status of product samples.
* **Store documents:** Upload contracts, briefs, or product images (up to 3 files per creator, max 2MB each).
As your creator list grows, you can:
* Find creators by name or social handle
* Narrow down your list by saved date, platform, pipeline status, or your custom tags.
* Sort creators by followers or engagement rate.
#### 4. Profile views & data enrichment
To access in-depth analytics for any creator in your management list (including **imported creators**), click the **View profile** button in the **Actions** column.
The system will verify the social handle to show the creator's audience demographics, fake follower estimates, growth metrics, and content performance.

**Note**:
* You can use the Management tab on any plan. However, viewing a creator’s profile follows your Creator Discovery plan and available profile views.
* Each successful profile view in the Management tab **will be deducted from your remaining monthly view count**. You can re-view that same profile **within 30 days** of the last view without any further deductions.

#### 5. Tracking activity logs
To maintain consistency across your team, the activity log records key changes made to each creator’s relationship information. You can see who made the change and exactly when it happened, making team collaboration seamless.
