Unlike affiliate links which are automatically generated for affiliates, you need to enable Tracking by coupon to give affiliates coupons as another promotional method.
Simply go to Settings > Link & coupon > Coupon settings, thenswitch on Tracking by coupon.
Once you've enabled Tracking by coupon, you can start creating/assigning coupon codes to your affiliates.
