# Tidio chat integration
Integrate Tidio with UpPromote to chat with affiliates. Copy your Tidio install code, paste it into the Chat plugin setup, and manage conversations in Tidio.
If your shop uses the [Tidio](https://apps.shopify.com/tidio-chat) chat tool, you can integrate it with **UpPromote** to chat with your affiliate team.
Follow the steps below to set up the integration:
1\. To get the script code for integration, open your **Tidio chat** admin page.
2\. Go to the **Settings** section > **Live Chat** > **Installation** > **Manual install** > **Copy** the integration code below:
3\. Go back to UpPromote app > **Settings** > **Integration** > **Chat plugin** > click **Setup** and paste the widget code into the **popup.**
**Tidio** is now integrated. Then, you can chat and manage your conversations with affiliates with your **Tidio** account.
***NOTE***: You can notice if it is a chat from your affiliate team by looking at the **Viewed page** on the right panel. If the user's original link begins with ***af.uppromote.com/\***, it's from your affiliates.
You can then save the affiliate information for future conversations.
