Affiliate's payment details not specified

You can't Mark as paid/Process payment if the Affiliate's payment details are not specified.

In such cases, the system shows a message No payment method with a warning icon:

In this case, you need to contact your affiliate to fill in their payment details in their affiliate accounts.

You can do so within the app by clicking on this icon in the Payouts tab:

We have prepared a default content for Payment reminder, which you can edit in Outreach > Emails > Edit templates > Settings reminder.
