Affiliate's payment details not specified

In case an affiliate has not selected any payment method (via his affiliate admin), the affiliate's payment details will be considered not specified.

You can't Mark as paid/Process payment if the Affiliate's payment details are not specified.

In such cases, the system shows a message No payment method with a warning icon:

You need to contact your affiliate to fill in their payment details in their affiliate accounts. That can be done from within the app by clicking on the Reminder button in the Payouts tab:

If you want to edit the "payment reminder" email template, go to Outreach > Emails > Manage emails > Settings reminder.
