# Auto-activate affiliates

Turn on Auto-activate affiliates in UpPromote to approve new signups automatically instead of reviewing each one, with the option to apply it per program.

Whenever someone signs up to be your affiliate, their status will be pending so you can review their application manually. 

By turning on **Auto-activate affiliates,** newly signed-up affiliates will be automatically approved right after the affiliates submit the registration form. They will immediately be redirected to their [affiliate admin account](/guide-for-affiliate/affiliate-admin.md).

If you just want to auto-activate affiliate accounts in certain programs, select program options in the **Program** field. This can help you manage your affiliate campaign more efficiently.
