Refunded/Cancelled Orders

If a referral order is refunded/cancelled (marked as refunded in your Shopify admin), UpPromote's system will create another referral record with a negative amount to balance out the refunded one.

You can then approve the additional record to make the total commission of the refunded referral $0.

Note:

• The Order ID of the refunded referral will be the same as your original one.

• If you cancel order without refund (refund payments later), our system will not record referral.

• If you refund items or other objects which are excluded from affiliate program, our system will not count as negative amount in the refund referral.
