Returned/Cancelled Orders

If a referral order is returned/cancelled (marked as refunded in your Shopify admin), UpPromote's system will create another referral record with a negative amount to balance out the returned one.

You can then approve the additional record to make the total commission of the returned referral $0.

Kindly note that the Order ID of the refunded referral will be the same as your original one.

Returned referrals can only be tracked by our system if items are restocked.
