Refunded/Cancelled Orders

Refunded referrals can only be tracked by our system if items are restocked

If an order is refunded/cancelled (marked as refunded in your Shopify admin), our system will create another referral record with a negative amount to balance out the refunded one.

You can then approve the additional record to make the total commission of the refunded referral $0.

Kindly note that the Order ID of the refunded referral will be the same as your original one.
