About our Marketplace

The UpPromote Marketplace is a centralized platform that connects merchants with a network of affiliates. It allows merchants to list their affiliate offers, making them visible to a wide pool of potential partners who can discover and apply directly within the UpPromote system.

By listing your offer on the Marketplace, you can:

  • Gain more visibility for your brand and affiliate program

  • Attract qualified affiliates actively searching for offers

  • Simplify recruitment without needing to reach out to affiliates manually

💡 How It Works

  • You list one offer via the Marketplace listing page in the UpPromote app.

  • Affiliates can freely browse available offers on the Marketplace and apply to the ones they find relevant.

  • You review and approve the applicants who best match your goals.

How to list your offer

Follow the steps below to publish your offer and make it visible to affiliates on the UpPromote Marketplace:

Step 1: Go to the Marketplace listing page

From your UpPromote dashboard, navigate to Outreach > Marketplace listing, then click Edit offer.

Step 2: Choose an affiliate program

Select the affiliate program you want to connect to your Marketplace offer.

You must have at least one active program in your UpPromote account before listing.

The most necessary information about your chosen program is shown in the Summary section. This program’s commission structure and settings will apply to all affiliates who join via the Marketplace.

Step 3: Provide required information

Fill in the following fields to ensure your offer is eligible and attractive to affiliates:

Everything you provide in this section will be visible to affiliates on the Marketplace. Make sure your information is clear, accurate, and presents your brand in the best light.

1. Brand information

This section introduces your brand to affiliates. The clearer and engaging it is, the better your chances of attracting high-quality partners.

  • Website: Automatically pulled from your Store URL (set in Settings).

  • Logo: Also synced from your store’s branding settings.

  • Brand Category: Choose up to 3 relevant categories that best describe your brand or product type.

  • Description: Provide at least 50 words that explain your offer clearly and persuasively.

2. Affiliate promotion channels

Define which traffic sources are allowed or prohibited for affiliates promoting your brand. This section is mandatory and plays a crucial role in ensuring traffic compliance and protecting your brand reputation.

  • Don’t leave any option unselected. You must choose “Allow” or “Prohibit” for each traffic method.

  • Allow channels that align with your marketing goals while blocking those that pose risk.

  • If you have detailed traffic rules, mention them in your offer description or merchant terms.

3. Target audience

Define the audience your brand wants to reach. This makes your listing more relevant and increases the chance of attracting affiliates with matching reach.

  • Age: Select one or more age groups that represent your primary customer base.

  • Gender: Choose the gender your products or campaigns most often target. Select "All" if applicable.

  • Location: Select up to 10 countries where your products are shipped or where you want affiliates to focus their promotion.

4. Additional information

Provide important payout details and enhance your listing with optional media or tags.

  • Payout period: Clearly state when affiliates can expect to receive their earnings. This sets the right expectations and builds trust.

    • Examples: 1st of every month, Net 30 after order approval, or Quarterly on the 15th

  • Video URL (Optional): You can add a video URL to introduce your brand, showcase your products, or explain your affiliate program.

  • Hashtags (Optional): Add hashtags that reflect your brand, product niche, or audience interest. This helps affiliates quickly identify what you’re about.

Select up to 10 products to display alongside your offer on the Marketplace. It helps affiliates understand exactly what they’ll be promoting, increasing transparency and engagement.

It's recommended that you choose products that are best-sellers, new arrivals, or representative of your brand’s identity.

6. Marketplace Terms & Conditions Agreement

Before your offer can go live on the Marketplace, you must agree to the UpPromote Marketplace Terms & Conditions. These terms outline your responsibilities as a merchant and ensure a fair, trustworthy environment for both you and affiliates.

Step 4: Save and list the offer

Once all required fields are completed and you’ve agreed to the terms, click Save to publish your offer to the Marketplace. Your listing will be immediately visible to affiliates browsing or searching offers on the Marketplace.

💡 You can return at any time to update your listing as your program evolves.

Preview your offer

Once you’ve completed your Marketplace listing, you can use the Preview offer function to see exactly how your offer appears to affiliates.

This helps ensure everything looks professional, accurate, and compelling — and allows you to make edits if needed.

Our data is encrypted to make sure no one can take advantage of it. Therefore, for affiliates to view more details or apply, they will need to sign up/log in first.

Our Marketplace Listings have limited affiliates, and it is just one way to find affiliates. We recommend you explore other options/features rather than relying on this feature alone.
