Affiliate admin
As a merchant, you can login as your affiliate to see their admin page. To be specific, go to Affiliates & Coupons > Affiliates > locate affiliate account you want to view > Login as (the grey button):
How an affiliate admin page looks like:
After the merchant accepting and activating an affiliate account, the affiliate can log into their account and start working.
There are two ways for affiliates to promote your shop: through the affiliate links or coupon codes (you can learn more about Tracking by Coupon).
In Dashboard, the affiliates copy their own affiliate link or coupon to share and send to customers. Any order resulted from that link will lead to a possible commission.
They can also generate a referral link for a specific product or add any existed link (on your site). Please be noted that the affiliate can use any link from your website to share to customers, but the affiliate link must end with an affiliate parameter so their performance can be tracked.
Additionally, the affiliate can generate a referral link with source to track where the traffic comes from (such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). The source will then be shown on the graph and the table below as well as on Commission and Payment tab. Affiliate would know which channels are leading the conversion.
The affiliate can see all important data including Commission total and status and according graphs through periods. Affiliate can adjust the time span to show specific data.
In Commission, you can see the status of all commissions recorded (Approved/Rejected/Paid or Pending). Click Detail to see more information about that conversion.
In Settings > Profile, affiliates can update their basic information:
In Payments, affiliates need to select ONE payment method. They must choose from available payment methods that the merchant picked. Be noticed that if an affiliate doesn't specify their payment detail, the merchant cannot Mark as paid to inform the affiliate about sent payments.
In case the merchant wants to inform an affiliate with an important note, it can be done through the Guide section.
Advance:
Marketing tools and Multi-level marketing are now available!
Via Marketing Tools, the merchant can upload banners, logos or other promotional media to share with affiliates. Affiliates can use these tools to promote the merchant's business by embedding them on their websites or sharing via other channels. Affiliates can hover on the banner image and click on the icon to get the HTML embed code.
Multi-level marketing feature allows affiliates to invite others into the affiliate network using the Network link displayed on the affiliate's dashboard or the Network section. If any affiliate successfully invited another distributor into the system using the network link, that distributor will be considered as a downline affiliate. Any referral order brought by a downline affiliate may bring network commission to his/her upline affiliate, depends on the merchant's set up.
In order to allow affiliates to invite others using their network link, merchants need to activate Multi-level marketing feature from their account: Grow Affiliate tools > Multi Level > switch on MLM.
